Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

Return Policy

We accept return of products under following conditions:

  1. Product was damaged on arrival and informed us within 24 hours of receiving it along with photographs of the product : In this case we accept Return and can provide 100% refund or replacement of product as per our mutual consideration.
  2. Product was not of good quality or customer not satisfied with the product: We do utmost care in selecting the product and each product is carefully checked before shipment, however in such events when customer is not happy with the product then he/she can return back it to us with 2 days of the delivery of the product. Once we get back the product and if its not tampered or seal is not broken then we will issue full refund. Return shipping cost will be born by the buyer.

Refund Policy

We offer Full/Partial refunds when customer do not receive the product, or the product received at customer’s end is damaged during transit and can not be used.


Once order is placed customer can cancel the order till the time product is handed over to courier partner, if product is handed over to courier partner then order can not be cancelled. However customer can reject the courier and once the courier reach back to us, we will issue a partial refund after deducting the packaging and shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will apply. If any doubt please do confirm before placing cancellation request.

All refunds will be done via respective payment partner or via bank transfer. Please do provide us enough time for the process to complete.
