Shipping Policy :
Processing and Shipping Time : Orders are processed within 2 working days, Backorder products are processed within 2 working days when the product is in stock.
Delivery Time based on location and shipping method. We use Delhivery, Amazon, DTDC and India Post for shipping.
All the orders are delivered within 5-9 Working days once dispatched.
Shipping Cost :
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 70/- per order for orders below Rs. 1000/- order value. For order value Rs. 1000/- or above, we offer free economical shipping within India.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide, Custom Duties and taxes (if applicable) will be customer’s responsibility.
Delay and Lost Package:
We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If you package is lost, contact us at aditya@craftgami.com for replacement package or refund.
